Ideas that work
Your group chat as a band
Take a group photo where everyone is facing the camera and the faces are not tiny. The whole group lands at the mic. The soul set suits a sing-along; the hip-hop set suits a group that likes to roast each other.
Your team after a loss
The trend started with coaches after a bad weekend. Do it with your own side instead: you and your friends in jerseys, after the game. Use your own photo; do not use photos of real players or coaches.
Your pet's debut
A clear photo of one cat or dog puts it on the desk at the microphone, with the band playing behind it. Pick the soul set for maximum drama.
Birthday or farewell
A photo of the birthday person (with their permission) turns into a 10-second serenade. It works well as a message in the group chat on the day.
The office band
An office team photo fits the setting perfectly: the whole thing already looks like a concert squeezed into an office.
Which set to pick
| If you want | Pick |
|---|---|
| A warm, slightly dramatic chorus | Soul |
| A confident verse and head nods | Hip-hop |
| Something for a pet | Soul |
| Something for a group that jokes around | Hip-hop |
Getting the photo right
- Faces toward the camera, eyes visible, decent light.
- In group photos, crop so faces are not tiny; very small faces can drop out.
- No sunglasses, masks or heavy filters.
- Only photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it.
What not to do
Do not use photos of celebrities, athletes, coaches or anyone who did not agree. Our terms do not allow impersonation or putting someone in a video without consent, and the safety check may reject those photos.
